研究称中年人摄取过多动物蛋白 危害如每天一包烟

据外媒报道，美国研究发现，中年人食用过多动物蛋白，对健康的妨害跟每天抽一包烟差不多。
据报道，美国南加州大学研究人员追踪了几千人20年来的身体状况。结果显示，吃动物蛋白多的人在这20年里因为罹癌死亡的比例，比动物蛋白摄取少的人高出4倍。
报道说，以往的研究多半认为脂肪、糖和盐是健康杀手。这项研究第一次证明动物蛋白过多一样不利健康。
研究人员说，成年人动物蛋白摄取量要依体重而定，每公斤0.8克。也就是说55公斤重的人，一天只能吃45到50公的动物蛋白。而半斤重的牛排蛋白质就有77公克，已经超标。
此外，200毫升的牛奶中，动物蛋白等于一天摄取总量的12%，一片40克的奶酪也相当于一天摄取量的20%。（中新网3月5日电）
